Is haca right for me?
Every person that has participated in HACA has gained so much in terms of knowledge, skills, and tips in navigating the industry. If you’re wondering if HACA is right for you, our past successful participants were:
-
HACA is designed so that you have control over what you gain. The more you participate, the more opportunities you’ll unlock.
-
When pursuing a career path, you will be tested in many more ways than one. The more willing you are to step out of your comfort zone, the more you’ll grow and prosper.
-
In a position of power, you will be expected to handle many tasks and projects simultaneously. This requires you to know your strengths so you can leverage those accordingly, but also your weaknesses so you know when to ask for help.
-
Though you will have many responsibilities to handle individually, teamwork makes the dream work. No successful empire or business was ever built alone.
-
There is no better version of yourself than who you are naturally. Smile, laugh, and have fun! Though we put professionalism at the forefront, enjoyment is at our core.
HACA is designed to create opportunities and experiences for underrepresented groups and underserved communities in the healthcare administration space.

You have questions, We have answers!
Eligibility
-
We believe that having a basic understanding of healthcare is beneficial to getting the most of HACA. However, if you have an interest in healthcare administration without the background, we encourage you to apply!
-
During the 12-week program yes! However, during the internship portion you will have to ensure you are available to work on an agreed schedule with your host company.
-
HACA and its internship partners operate during normal business hours in US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST). By being outside of the US, you may find that our live services will be offered at less than ideal times for you.
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
